This 3-month personalized program is structured to deliver guidance and support to individuals in creating classroom management routines, understanding curriculum, and developing instructional strategies.
The intensive coaching includes 12 hours (1 hours per week) of one-on-one virtual personal coaching and mentoring.
The Skillful Teaching Coching program is structured to serve:
1) Newly Certified Substitutes in any grade level and content area and,
2) Long-term Substitutes who are hired to be the teacher of record for an extended period of instruction
who have unique learning curves that must be met quickly and
3) Anyone who wants to quickly upskill themselves professionally

* Simple practices to put in place that naturally communicate professionalism to districts and schools
